Is there a minimum order for free shipping?

No. Standard U.S. shipping is free regardless of order value.

How long should I allow for delivery?

Processing takes 1-2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 7-15 business days for standard shipping or 5-8 for expedited shipping. Estimated totals are 8-17 and 6-10 business days respectively.

How much is expedited shipping?

It costs $15 per order. The processing period applies before the expedited transit estimate begins.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is provided after dispatch. If you cannot find it or the delivery is delayed, contact us with your order number.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us promptly. We will check whether the current order status allows the change or cancellation. After dispatch, a return may be needed.

How long do I have to request a return?

Within 30 calendar days after you receive the item. For separate deliveries, count from receipt of the item concerned.

Are returns and exchanges free?

We pay return postage for ordinary returns and damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No restocking or handling fee applies. Contact us before buying postage. Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day window; availability and any item price difference are explained before you proceed.

What if the item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please report it within 7 calendar days after receipt with your order number, a description, and photos if available. This request does not shorten the 30-day return window or legal rights.

When will my refund reach my account?

Within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item, including inspection and processing. The refund goes to the original payment method. Contact us if it has not arrived by then.
