About Us

Bmwriches is a U.S. online shop offering toys and collectible items to customers in the United States. Our business and return address is in Finksburg, Maryland.

Finding an item you like is the beginning of a purchase. Before checkout, review its description, the contents included, and any dimensions, age guidance, or safety information in the listing. If you need a detail explained, send the product link to our customer service team at info@bmwriches.com.

We provide free standard U.S. shipping without a minimum order amount. A $15 expedited option is also available, and both services include tracking after dispatch. The delivery estimates and preparation time are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Once your item arrives, you have 30 calendar days to request a return or exchange. We pay return postage for ordinary returns and product problems, with no restocking or handling fees. For assistance before or after a purchase, call +1 941 403 7641 or email us.
