Refund policy

Bmwriches accepts return and exchange requests within 30 calendar days after receipt of the item. The period begins when you receive it. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, each item's window starts on the date that item is received.

We cover return postage for ordinary returns and for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We charge no restocking, return handling, exchange handling, or refund processing fees. Return shipping is not deducted from your refund.

Contact us before buying postage so we can provide a prepaid return label or arrange another seller-paid method. This contact coordinates shipping and identifies the purchase; it is not a separate approval requirement.

Use the shipping instructions supplied, pack the item securely for transport, and include your order number. Retain any postal receipt or tracking details until the return has been resolved.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 calendar days after receipt. Tell us which replacement you would like. We will confirm availability and explain any price difference before you agree to proceed. Return postage is covered and no exchange handling fee applies.

Damage or an incorrect item

Please report arrival damage, defects, or an incorrect delivery within 7 calendar days after receipt. Give your order number and a description of the problem, with photographs if available. We will help arrange a return, exchange, replacement, or refund and pay the applicable return postage.

This 7-day reporting request helps us investigate promptly. It does not shorten your 30-day return and exchange window or limit statutory rights.

Refund timing

Refunds arrive through the original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item. Inspection and refund processing are included in that period. We notify you when the refund is issued. If it has not arrived by the end of the 10 days, contact us so we can trace the payment. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
